Shipping policy

Right, Shopify only templates Refund, Privacy, and Terms — Shipping and Contact Information are yours to write. Here's a shipping policy for your setup; paste it in and adjust anything that doesn't match:

Shipping Policy

We're a print-on-demand shop, which means every item is made for you after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

Processing time. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Apparel usually moves faster than mugs and other specialty items.

Shipping time. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5–12 business days.

Rates. Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders of $35 or more ship free.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of that email, contact us at hello@scruffypetsupply.com.

Lost, damaged, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

Addresses. We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Double-check it — orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
